Portfolio valuation

Various parties require independent mark-to-market valuations of their loan portfolios. Valuations provided are frequently for monthly or year end accounting purposes. Some parties wish to have one-off mark-to-market valuations, during a trade sale process. These portfolio valuations are invariably used for second opinion and verification processes.
 
The following levels of services are available:

• Basic ad-hoc portfolio valuation conducted on client parameters 
• Basic periodic portfolio valuations conducted on client parameters 
• Advisory valuation, whereby Hypoport Netherlands determines a market value
