Pipeline analysis

Hypoport has carried out a number of pipeline analyses for originators. These analyses focus on the funding requirements as well as the conversion rates per origination channel and conversion period. The aim of such analyses is:

• To actively manage distribution channels in order to ensure they do not reduce after e.g. promotion phases 
• Increase knowledge on the funding requirements in order to increase spreads on pipeline funding

Better funding (of pipeline phase) provides the opportunity to offer better priced loans to the distribution channels, which generally increases volume.
