ING-DiBa AG, headquartered in Frankfurt am Main, is the biggest direct bank in Europe and one of the most strongly growing financial institutions in Germany. Its core business activities are mortgage financing, savings accounts, brokerage and consumer credits.

ING-DiBa has intentionally dispensed with an expensive branch network and instead places emphasis on fast and direct customer contact via Internet, telephone and written correspondence.

In the field of mortgage finance, ING-DiBa works together with numerous independent distribution partners, one of which is Hypoport AG.

By the end of 2004 the ING-DiBa customer base had grown to 4.4 mln, thereby making the bank the fourth largest in Germany. In the first half of 2005, our customers concluded mortgage financing totalling 4.1 bln € ING-DiBa is reachable by telephone for its customers 24 hours a day.

DiBa traces its roots back to company foundation in 1965, and trades since 2004 under the name ING-DiBa. The bank employs more than 2,000 staff in three locations in Germany, Frankfurt, Hanover and Nuremberg. The renowned economic magazine "Euro" named ING-DiBa in 2005 as "Germanyâ's best bank".
