This index only considers owner-occupied apartment transactions without any additional modernisation costs. No restrictions apply in respect of living space and age of the building.

The following explanatory variables are incorporated into the regression model

• Living space in square metres
• Age of building (five classes)
• Number of residential units in the property
• Region (West / East / North / South)
• BBR location variables (distance rings around urban regions)
