Platform for financial service providers
Hypoport operates ground-breaking B2B financial marketplaces in the form of online transaction platforms. They are used by product suppliers (banks, building societies and insurance companies) and distributors to process financial products. In Germany, 30 per cent of all financial transactions within the high-growth independent financial distributors segment are already covered by the EUROPACE platform. The highly automated processes used by the platform enable significant cost advantages to be generated.
Platform for institutional clients
Hypoport's Institutional Clients business unit supports lenders in their role as issuers in the securitisation of loan portfolios. Hypoport offers services in the areas of data management, portfolio evaluation and the compilation of investor reports for residential mortgage securitisations. This business unit (Hypoport B.V.) is based in the Netherlands.
Comprehensive financial solutions for private clients
Hypoport's wholly owned subsidiary Dr. Klein has been a leading financial services intermediary for a number of years. Dr. Klein offers private clients customised products for all their financial needs, including current accounts and instant-access accounts, insurance, investments, mortgage finance and personal loans. Economies of scale, its excellent position in the market and the relationships based on trust it has built up with banks and insurance companies over the years ensure that Dr. Klein is offered excellent terms, and they are passed directly on to its customers.
Comprehensive financial solutions for corporate real estate clients
Dr. Klein & Co AG's Corporate Real Estate Clients division, which has been in operation since 1954, develops non-captive financial and insurance solutions for companies. Its biggest customer base is the German housing sector where Dr. Klein is the market leader for arranging finance. Its range of products and services encompasses arranging low-cost loans, advising on the optimisation of financing structures and developing tailor-made insurance solutions.
