Christiaan Pennekamp, RBA – Managing Director
 
Christiaan co-founded Hypoport Netherlands in 2002 (back then: Prommise). Previously Christiaan served as Investment Manager of the European MBS / ABS Fund for NIB Capital. Prior to that position he was involved in setting up the structured finance department for one of the world’s largest pension funds, ABP. Christiaan joined the Hypoport group in 2006 and has more then 10 years of experience in the mortgage and securitisation industry.
 

Kjeld Boerendonk, RBA – Managing Director
 
Kjeld co-founded Hypoport Netherlands in 2002 (back then: Prommise). Previously Kjeld served as the fixed income portfolio manager at Allianz subsidiary Royal Nederland. During this period he was involved in the start of the Dutch securitisation market. In 2000 Kjeld was seconded to AGF in Paris where he concentrated on fixed income and equity products. Kjeld joined the Hypoport group in 2006 and has more then 10 years of experience in the mortgage and securitisation industry.
 

Prof. Dr. Thomas Kretschmar – Managing Director

From 1998 to 2001, Thomas was the head of Institut für Dienstleistungsmanagement GmbH (now Hypoport Systems GmbH), Berlin, his main responsibility being strategic consultancy for banks. He established the current company, Hypoport AG, in 1999. At the same time, from 1997 to 2005, he was full professor at the Berlin University of Applied Sciences focusing on banking information technology. Thomas has been a member of the Management Board of Hypoport AG since April 2002, and Co-CEO since 2007. He also became a member of the Group Executive Committee of Hypoport AG when this body was set up in 2006.
