History

In 1999 one of the world’s largest pension funds mandated the development of the OriginatorSuite - a management information and administration tool for mortgage portfolios. Subsequently Hypoport Netherlands (back then: PRoMMiSe®) was mandated to design the IssuerSuite for a subsidiary repeat issuer.

In 2002 the management back then bought a controlling stake and made the tool the benchmark for the Dutch securitisation industry. A complete buy-out followed in 2004.

In December 2006 the Dutch master servicer joint forces with the German financial services provider Hypoport AG. The company was renamed Hypoport Netherlands B.V.

At present solutions (in the Netherlands known under the brand PRoMMiSe®)are licensed to global financial players, amongst which originators, issuers, trustees and investors. They use the tools in their day-to-day business for valuation, risk management, administration and reporting on multiple asset classes.
